Tropico 4

Tropico 4 Review:

Simulation game following the leader of an island nation
Zoom InZoom:
Tropico 4 is a fun game which puts you as the head of a Caribbean island nation during the Cold War.

It resembles games like Sim City or Cities XL, but a whole of a lot more fun. The game includes several missions which put you at the helm, deciding which allegiances to make and which resources to export and import.

Though similar to city building games, Tropico 4 is more of micromanagement. Unlike Cities XL, Tropico missions don't last days on end and with some skill, some of the mid-level missions can be completed in a matter of an hour.

The graphics of the game are absolutely beautiful and though the selection of buildings isn't as large as some of the bigger simulation games, there is variety and options.

If you want to put the game on pause for a few minutes, many of the islands also include some historical buildings in the mountains which resemble Machu Picchu in Peru.
